Originally founded in 1986, we started as the Paradise MGA Club, an affiliated regional chapter of the North American MGA Register (NAMGAR).
In 1990, the club changed its name to Paradise MG’s, a club for all models of MG cars. At that time the club also affiliated as a chapter of the North American MGB Register (NAMGBR). Then, in 1995, membership was opened to include all makes and models of British cars: Austins and Austin Healeys, Jaguars, Jensens, MG’s of every vintage and flavor, Morris, Rolls Royce, Triumphs and more!
Today the club has about 100 cars belonging to club members, with our membership primarily consisting of people who live on the Central Coast of California between Paso Robles and Santa Barbara.
Fun Events!
Monthly Outings
We have a monthly outing which usually includes a country drive on scenic roads, a meal together and some type of activity such as; a picnic, a visit to a historical site, a museum, tour of a lighthouse or other coastal attraction, entry into local parades, music venues, wine tours, etc.
Club membership provides fun activities, as well as access to folks who have maintained and restored their own vehicles. Membership guarantees exposure to experienced hobbyists for those who have just acquired a British car and need advice on locating parts or information on restoring and maintaining these beautiful classic automobiles. Enjoy visiting our website, feel free to call a club board member if you have questions, and consider joining the only British car club in our area of the California Central Coast.
